Pantene - For the Cover Story

Even if you had not run this campaign, then also I was about to mail you.
I cannot thank you enough. My hair few months back were in a complete mess. I was scared to wash them, even running my fingers through them caused them to break and tear.

Then I saw those constantly and aggressively aired "Shilpa Shetty" advertisements, but I mocked them.

Being from the marketing profession, I understand the constant attention generation, so I ignored both the ad and the shampoo. Moreover, I have seen Ms. Shetty advertising for Clinic All Clear in the past, so I knew for the endorsement amounts she would shift from HUL to P&G or to any xyz brand any day.

But it was a visit to my relatives in Delhi, where I got enlightened to the PANTENE hairfall variant. To my horror, the entire bathroom floor was messed with my hair fall. No place in my relative's house was spared of my hair strands. I was heart broken to see hair strands on the serving trays and table mats as well.

I guess it was a print advertisement of Pantene Hair Fall variant in the sunday edition of a leading newspaper in Delhi that took my attention. I read experiences of not so popular celebrities like yesteryear's Mini Mathur and Rakshanda Khan all in awe of Pantene. Mini Mathur for sure made me believe in the advertisement. Though she herself has been an endorser of Ultra Doux some 14-15 years back, but still I believe in her claims. Both Rakshanda and Mini comes across as women with a mind of their own. I would believe them more any day than an A-lister bollywood star. So that was it.

Since that was in some late December, and today 3 months in the row, my hair have transformed from flat to bouncy, to manageable with absolutely NO HAIR-FALL.

I now have a regained confidence in getting myself clicked. My hair looked flat and lifeless. I have attached all my pictures that can tell you my mane story.

Can't thank you enough, respect to P&G for the effort and research in creating such an innovative product.
