Biryani ahoy

Paste I

Badi Elaichi -1
Dal Chini - 1 big
Laung - 4
choti elaichi - 2
flower - 1
tez patta - 2

Paste II

jeetra - 1 tsp
kaali mirch - 1/2 tsp
dhaniya powder - 1 1/2 tsp
haldi - 1/2 tsp
salt
red mirch

Paste III

lot of adrak
garlic 1 tsp
onion 3 big

Steam chicken till one whistle

Then fry all the pastes together with 1 1/2 tomato on slow fire. Put chicken in it till it gets cooked.

Steam 1 1/2 cup rice upto one whistle.

Make a lot of barista.

Then make layers of rice, barista, chicken and then rice.
